About this project
Having removed the existing screed and tiles,
using breaking out and scabbling machines, we ground away the bitumen.
We professionally prepared all the floor areas using Vacuum Assisted Diamond Grinding, fully preparing the floor to give the concrete a
full mechanical key ready for the coatings.
We carried out localised repairs and fully repaired the existing expansion joints using LFS Mortar Repair
Epoxy primer
We Vacuumed the floor removing all loose materials and dust, sealed & primed the floor areas with LFS Oil Tolerant Primer XFH
