Our process
After we receive your initial enquiry, the next step is to assess the current condition of the floor and the surrounding space so we can understand exactly what is involved. There is no such thing as a ‘typical floor’ because every floor has the potential to be different, with access, obstacles and existing condition all affecting the work required.
One of the first things we will ask for is the dimensions of the area and, if possible, some photos of the existing floor, so we can ascertain what preparation, repairs and installation work will be needed before we provide a quotation. We wil usually do this via WhatsApp or email
After this, we may have a phone conversation and if needed, arrange a site visit, before any work is carried out.
