A safer, more resilient play area in Wellingborough
We recently completed a new wet pour rubber surface for a play area in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The aim was to create a durable and attractive rubber play surface that could cope with regular use while providing important safety and impact absorption qualities. Our rubber crumb flooring is available in a large range of colours, making it possible to create a bright, welcoming play area as well as a practical and resilient surface.
Our experienced rubber crumb installers began by preparing the existing area, ensuring the base was clean, sound and ready to receive the new system. The rubber crumb was then installed in layers, mixed with a specialist binder and carefully trowelled to produce a smooth, seamless finish. The rubber crumb installation was completed in approximately 1–2 days, leaving a hard-wearing surface designed to provide excellent impact absorption and a safer environment for children.
