Storage facility in Bedford – 140㎡

We recently completed a 140㎡ epoxy resin floor at a storage facility in Bedford, providing a hard-wearing and easy-to-maintain surface for a busy commercial environment. As an experienced resin flooring contractor, we install durable systems for warehouses, storage facilities, workshops and other commercial premises where the surface needs to withstand regular traffic and everyday use.

The installation began with thorough mechanical treatment of the existing concrete. Concrete floors are rarely ready to coat, so we used specialist equipment to remove laitance, contaminants, weak surface material and any residues that could affect adhesion. Our floor preparation process is an important part of every installation, helping create a clean and suitably keyed surface before the resin system is applied.

Once the concrete was ready, the epoxy resin system was applied in several stages to build a tough, uniform finish across the 140㎡ area. Our specialist equipment includes three-phase industrial diamond grinders, heavy-duty generators, professional sanding equipment, specialist diamond attachments and industrial dust extraction systems, allowing us to work efficiently while maintaining a clean site.
