Resin coating – garage floor – Leicester

We installed a 30㎡ mid-grey resin coating at a double garage in Oadby, Leicester, giving the existing concrete a clean, durable and easy-to-maintain finish. The customer wanted a practical surface that would look smart while standing up to the everyday demands of a busy home garage.

The work began with thorough mechanical preparation of the existing concrete. This removed surface contamination and loose material while creating the mechanical key needed for the new coating. Once the substrate was ready, we applied several coats of resin to build up the finished system, producing a smooth and hard-wearing mid-grey surface. The installation was completed in approximately 1–2 days, including preparation and application.
