Liberty Floor Solutions installed 120㎡ of hard-wearing resin anti-slip flooring for The Flavour Trailer at their headquarters in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. Known for producing what they describe as the ‘best burgers in the UK’, The Flavour Trailer use locally sourced ingredients to create a seriously tasty food experience. Their busy working environment needed a hygienic, durable and easy-to-maintain surface, so we installed an epoxy resin system with an anti-slip finish.

The work began with thorough preparation of the existing concrete, removing weak surface material and contaminants to create a suitable base for the new system. We then applied the epoxy resin coatings in stages, incorporating an anti-slip finish to provide improved grip underfoot. Epoxy self-smoothing systems are designed to flow and level across a prepared substrate, creating a smooth and even surface. The finished system provides a hard-wearing, oil-resistant and hygienic surface that is well suited to the demands of the premises. The installation was completed over 2 days, with each stage allowed to cure before the following application.
