We completed a 600㎡ epoxy resin system at a lorry service area in Brigstock, Northants, creating a hard-wearing surface designed for a busy commercial vehicle environment. The project began with thorough mechanical preparation of the existing concrete, removing weak surface material, contamination and other residues that could affect adhesion. Specialist diamond grinding and industrial dust extraction were used to create a clean, sound surface ready for the resin system.

Once the concrete had been prepared, we applied several coats of epoxy resin to build a durable, seamless finish across the 600㎡ area. The work also included epoxy line marking, providing clearly defined areas and traffic routes within the service area. The complete project was carried out over approximately 3–4 days, allowing sufficient time for the different resin coats and line marking to cure correctly.

This type of heavy-duty system is particularly suited to vehicle maintenance and servicing environments, where the surface needs to withstand regular vehicle movements and workshop activity. We also provide specialist truck and lorry service area flooring, alongside resin systems for auto workshops, car workshops and MOT test centres.
