High build epoxy coating – garage – Overstone, Northampton

We were contacted to transform the concrete floor of a home garage in Overstone, Northampton, using a durable high build epoxy resin system. As an experienced epoxy garage flooring contractor, we provide hard-wearing solutions for domestic garages where the surface needs to cope with vehicles, foot traffic, workshop use and everyday wear.

The work began with thorough mechanical preparation of the existing concrete, removing surface contamination and creating a suitable mechanical key for the resin system. As with all our installations, preparation is an important part of achieving a long-lasting finish. Once the surface was ready, we applied our LFS Epoxy Primer, followed by several coats of light grey high build epoxy resin. The completed garage flooring provides a clean, hard-wearing and easy-to-maintain surface that gives the garage a smart, contemporary appearance.

The project was completed within 1–2 days, depending on curing times between the different stages. The finished resin floor is suitable for a busy home garage and demonstrates the type of durable finish that can be achieved by a specialist resin flooring contractor.
