Absolutely incredible customer service from start to finish! I contacted Tristan and explained my husband had a go at laying the resin floor himself… twice! And that we urgently needed it removing and replacing before we could continue the next stage of our garage build. Tristan was extremely helpful from the get-go and booked us in a few days later! Kept me up to date all the way through. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable during the entire job which resulted in a perfect finish! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend Liberty Floor Solutions – thanks guys!

Our customer in Stony Stratford had attempted to install a resin floor in their new garage, but the original coating had not hardened properly and the project needed putting right before the next stage of the garage build could continue. They contacted us to remove the failed surface and prepare the concrete properly for a new system. As experienced resin flooring contractors, we were able to get the garage back on track and provide a suitable finish for the space.

The first stage was to mechanically grind off the existing resin, removing the failed coating and exposing a suitable surface beneath. We then carried out epoxy patch repairs where required, dealing with imperfections in the substrate before applying a primer. Once the prepared floor was ready, several coats of resin were applied to create a smooth, hard-wearing and easy-to-clean surface. The complete process took approximately 1–2 days, including preparation, repairs and application.

Good preparation is particularly important when installing garage flooring. A failed coating cannot simply be covered with another layer and expected to perform properly, which is why we take the time to remove unsuitable material and address problems with the underlying floor first. Our floor preparation process is designed to provide the right foundation for the new system.

This approach is suitable for everything from a home garage to a more demanding vehicle maintenance area. Liberty Floor Solutions also provides residential garage flooring and specialist automotive flooring. As an experienced garage flooring contractor, we can assess the condition of an existing surface and advise whether it needs preparation, repair, removal or complete replacement.

We regularly work across Stony Stratford and the surrounding area, including Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Newport Pagnell, Towcester, Daventry and across the East Midlands.
