Epoxy resin garage floor – Northampton – 500㎡

Over the 2023 Christmas holidays, we were asked to refurbish a 500㎡ garage floor in Northampton that was in an advanced state of disrepair. After years of repeated painting and heavy use, the existing floor coating had deteriorated significantly and was no longer providing the durable, practical surface required in a busy garage environment. As with any successful commercial garage flooring project, thorough floor preparation was essential before the new resin system could be installed.

We mechanically prepared the concrete using diamond grinders, removing the failed coatings and preparing the substrate ready for the new system. Once the floor had been suitably prepared, we applied an epoxy primer followed by several coats of LFS Epoxy High-build to create a hard-wearing epoxy garage floor coating. We also refreshed the existing floor markings using epoxy line marking, helping to clearly define the working areas. The complete refurbishment was carried out in approximately 3–4 days, giving the garage a clean, durable and practical new resin floor.

We install resin flooring for garages, vehicle workshops and automotive premises throughout Northamptonshire and the surrounding region. Our work takes us to Milton Keynes, Oxford, Peterborough and Cambridge, as well as across the wider Midlands and East Midlands.
