Leaking flat roof
We had been approached by the owner/landlord to solve a very difficult problem on a leaky flat roof with business/shops below suffering with water leaking into their premises.
We solved these issues using our LFS Waterproofing system
- We diamond ground the surface to ensure all contamination had been removed, hoovered clean.
- All steps were removed and replaced.
- Primed surface using our LFS Primer
to ensure good adhesion all skirting was also cleaned and primed. - Filled divots and holes using our easy to use 2 pack 50/50 premixed LFS Patch Repair System.
- Then applied two coats of LFS Waterproof Membrane incorporating all risers and skirting.
