The process begins with floor preparation, where diamond grinding is employed to remove surface imperfections and create a smooth, clean base. Any cracks in the concrete are carefully filled and repaired to ensure a consistent surface, preventing future issues.

After preparation, an epoxy primer is applied, which promotes strong adhesion between the floor and the epoxy layers. Following the primer, two coats of grey epoxy high-build coating are applied. These coats provide a durable, protective surface that is resistant to wear and chemicals, making it ideal for long-term use in the warehouse environment.
