700㎡ epoxy resin coating – an aesthetically pleasing finish that is perfect for protecting the warehouse floor while brilliantly showcasing the car collection.

Liberty Floor Solutions installed an epoxy resin coating at a warehouse in Bicester, Oxfordshire, which will eventually house a private collection of cars. The process begins with thorough floor preparation, using diamond grinding to create a smooth, clean surface by removing any existing coatings, contaminants, or imperfections. Cracks in the concrete are then carefully filled and repaired to ensure a uniform base.

Next, expansion joints are cut into the floor to allow for thermal movement, preventing future cracking or damage to the epoxy coating. Finally, three coats of high-build grey epoxy resin are applied. The first coat serves as a primer, ensuring strong adhesion to the substrate. The subsequent layers build up the coating, providing a durable, chemical-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing finish that is perfect for protecting the warehouse floor while brilliantly showcasing the car collection.
