As with every garage floor we install, the preparation was an important part of the process. The existing concrete was mechanically prepared to remove loose material and contaminants and provide a suitable mechanical key for the resin system. Any areas requiring attention were dealt with before several coats of resin were applied, followed by the decorative epoxy flake and sealer coat. The complete installation was carried out over approximately 1–2 days, depending on the condition of the existing floor and curing times between coats.
