We installed an LFS Epoxy Primer, quartz scatter and self levelling compound at a commercial premises in Northampton. The project involved creating a smooth, even and durable surface over an existing substrate. The epoxy self smoothing system was selected because it flows and levels across the prepared surface, helping to create a flat and seamless finish. This approach is particularly useful where an existing floor needs to be brought up to a consistent standard.
As experienced resin flooring contractors in the UK, we first made sure the existing surface was suitably prepared. LFS Epoxy Primer was applied, followed by a quartz scatter to provide the required profile. The self levelling compound was then mixed and applied, allowing it to flow across the prepared area and produce a consistent finish. The work was completed over 1 day, leaving a hard-wearing surface ready for continued commercial use.
