Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service from start to finish! I contacted Tristan and explained my husband had a go at laying the resin floor himself…twice! And that we urgently needed it removing and replacing before we could continue the next stage of our garage build. Tristan was extremely helpful from the get-go and booked us in a few days later! Our customer had a go at installing a resin flor themselves, but it didn’t exactly go to plan, so we were called in, to get their new garage back on track.
We ground off the existing resin, which had not hardened, then carried out epoxy patch repairs, before using a primer and a new epoxy resin surface. Customer was very pleased.
